Holy Shit!!!! I am sorry to hear this. Can you do without the meds right now? Or is it really really painful?? Keep moving your body. It helps the joints to clear out the toxins from the RA. Please take care of yourself.

Okay. Gently rub the areas that are hurting you. Also, gently rub the backs of your knees and the insides of your elbows (the crook of your arms). That will help stimulate your lymphatic system to assist the toxins out of your body. Also rub under your arm pits. The key is to do is softly, don't rub hard. Drink lots of water, stop drinking soda as much as you can. I have lots of clients with RA (including my mom and sister), and this is homework I tell them to do between visits with me. And I doubt your family hates you. They are most likely very worried and haven't begun to deal with having a child who has a painful issue happening to them. No parent likes to see their children in pain. Hang in there.
